Barry Cameron

Senior Pastor

Barry L. Cameron is the Senior Pastor of Crossroads Christian Church, in Grand Prairie, Texas, in the middle of the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex where Mansfield, Arlington and Grand Prairie all come together.

He became pastor in 1992 when the church was averaging 188 in Morning Worship. Today, more than 5,000 people call Crossroads their church home.

Crossroads is a completely debt-free ministry located on a beautiful 146-acre campus on State Highway 360 South, the highway that divides Dallas and Fort Worth. Current property and facilities are valued at over 35 million dollars. Plans are underway to build a new Children’s building and a new Youth building at a cost of $30 million dollars and to do it without borrowing a single dime.

Mr. Cameron is a second-generation pastor. He and his wife, Janis, have three children, Katie, Matt and Kelli. They also have a grandson, Will, born to Matt and his wife, Lindley. Will was born in September 2010.

He’s the author of several books including the bestseller: The ABC’s of Financial Freedom. He also wrote The Financial Freedom Workbook and Contagious Generosity.

The Cameron family has been completely debt free since November of 2001.

Mr. Cameron served on the state steering committee for Promise Keepers in Texas, as a Trustee for Dallas Christian College, and on the board of directors for Provision Ministry Group and Church Development Fund in Anaheim, CA. He served on the board for Stadia: New Church Strategies, the NACC Continuation Committee and the 2006 Executive Committee for the NACC and as Vice President of the North American Christian Convention in 2009. He is currently serving as Chairman of the Board for The Solomon Foundation, a Christian financial organization based in Denver, Colorado.

Mr. Cameron serves as a financial coach for churches and ministries and speaks for a number of ABC’s weekends each year helping churches raise millions of dollars for the Kingdom.
